Senior Administrative Assistant-Our client is looking for a seasoned Senior Administrative Assistant to hit the ground running! Must have outstanding skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes. 3+ years of experience in a similar role is required, as well as advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes. Customer Service Representative-Our Concord client is looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives. Must have stellar customer service abilities, the ability to navigate within a complex database system, excellent communication skills, and strong attention to detail. Skills in Word and Excel are required, as well as 2+ years of similar work experience in a call center environment. MUST have an accurate typing speed of 45wpm. The pay rate is $14/hr.
