Verify Hours & Expenses   You may print a timecard, fill it out, and return it to us by fax, mail, or by dropping it off at one of our office locations. If you mail your timecard, please be sure to make a copy to keep for your records. The deadline for timecards is Tuesday at 9:00 AM and timecards received by this time will be paid the following Thursday. Timecards received by 4:30 PM on Fridays and Mondays can be verified the same day after 5 PM. The final verification information is posted on Tuesdays at 11 AM. The heavy volume of timecards makes us unable to verify receipts by phone. Your ID is made up of the first letter of your last name followed by the last four digits of your Social Security Number. For example, Jane Doe, Social Security Number 123-12-9876, has an ID of D9876. Employees have until Tuesday at 12 PM to call us with discrepancies. Special procedures will apply to Vendor Managed clients. Please ask us for details. Timecard Alert! Please note that the deadline for timecards is Tuesday by 9:00 A.M. as always, no exceptions. Be sure to call Ascot when you are going to be absent or late to your assignment, for any reason. California State Law requires you take a 30-minute lunch break for every workday, 6 hours or more. This must be shown on your timecard.
