There is no specific turn around time from candidate registration date to hire date. Ascot Staffing takes the necessary time to ensure strong, successful matches, benefiting both the client and the candidate. Therefore, the timeline for this process is affected by many variables.

The length of an assignment depends on the client’s needs. It can last anywhere from one day, to one month, or extend through one year. The start and end date of an assignment will always be discussed with the candidate prior to resume submittal.

Our employees, whether regular or temporary, must be either 18 years of age or be a high school graduate. Those not meeting the aforementioned requirements must have a work permit from their high school.

Temporary employees seeking healthcare solutions are referred to Colonial Life Insurance Company.

Ascot Staffing offers free online tutorials for all registered applicants. These tutorials highlight, but are not limited to, the Microsoft Office Suite and can even be completed from home. After completing tutorials, our registered applicants are welcomed to make an appointment to re-test in our office.
